Anchor (the “App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
1. About Anchor
Anchor is designed to help users step away from their smartphones and reclaim time for what they genuinely want to do.

- Anchor Time history
- Session dates and times, number of sessions, and results such as completion or cancellation
This information is used to provide the App’s features and to allow you to review your own activity.
Screen Time-Related Information
With your permission, the App may use Apple’s Screen Time APIs to handle information including:
- Information relating to apps, categories, or web domains you select for restriction
- Usage time associated with selected apps or categories
- Usage time associated with relevant categories such as games, entertainment, or social networking
This information is used to provide app restriction features, Anchor Time, and notifications related to device usage.
Screen Time-related information is processed through mechanisms provided by Apple.
3. Purchases and Subscription Information
The App uses Apple’s StoreKit to offer Anchor Premium.
Purchases, payment processing, and subscription management are handled by Apple.
To provide Premium features, the App may use StoreKit to determine information such as purchased products, subscription entitlement status, expiration dates, free-trial status, and auto-renewal status.
The App provider does not directly collect or store payment information such as credit card numbers.
4. Storage of Information
Information entered by users, Anchor Time information, and certain Screen Time-related information are generally stored on the user’s device or in the App Group container used by the App and its extensions.
At present, the App does not provide functionality that transmits or stores this information on servers operated specifically for Anchor.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
The App provider does not sell user information.
Except where disclosure is required by law, information managed locally by the App is not provided to third parties by the App provider.
Apple’s own privacy policies and terms apply to Apple services used by the App, including Screen Time, StoreKit, and the App Store.

You can disable notifications through your device settings.
7. Deletion of Data
Where the App provides a feature for deleting locally stored information, you may use that feature to delete the relevant information.
Deleting the App from your device may also remove data stored locally by the App.
Purchase history and subscription information managed by Apple are handled in accordance with Apple’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
8. Permissions
Permissions relating to Screen Time features, notifications, and other system functions may be changed through iOS settings or other system controls where available.
Disabling a permission may prevent certain App features from functioning.
